"I recently switched my auto and homeowners insurance to Britney Hollick's State Farm agency after a deeply frustrating renewal experience with my previous carrier, and I’m very glad I did.

I knew of the agency because Britney had been my late mother’s agent, so I called them first. Multi-Line Representative Kathleen handled everything and was outstanding--professional, personable, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. She recognized the situation was time-sensitive (my coverage expires 7/31), moved the quoting process along smoothly, kept a good sense of humor, and made signing the documents and paying simple (I live three minutes away and was able to come in person to sign, which I preferred.). The price was competitive with my prior coverage.

What a refreshing change from my soon-to-be-former carrier, where even basic questions meant dealing with an offshore call center that made the experience frustrating and impersonal. I haven’t had to file a claim yet, so I can’t speak to that, but on every other front--service, speed, professionalism, and ease of doing business--Kathleen and this agency have been excellent. "I was referred to Britney's father (and Britney by extension) through a neighbor who has been with them far longer than my single year to date. I switched over from a different insurer after major home issues left me high and dry with neither compensation nor compassion (and an ultimatum to still do the very expensive work in an unreasonable time frame or my policy was being terminated)

In the year since I've switched, I have actually saved a good bit of money on everything that I have moved over to Britney and State Farm and someone from her team has always been available when I had questions. Britney herself also cares about her clients as we spent a solid 35 minutes on the phone working out the details of the forthcoming renewal for my policy and actually getting to know me as a person.

TL:DR - If you're on the fence or on the market for insurance, I don't believe you can go wrong with Britney!"
