Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential customers through leads, phone outreach, email, community networking, and/or in-person interactions.
- Assess customer needs and explain relevant State Farm products.
- Support sales processes, including gathering information, preparing quotes, and coordinating next steps.
- Maintain customer communication and follow up throughout the sales cycle and after policies are issued.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to support renewals, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Execute sales and activity goals set by the agency.
Qualifications
- Comfort with sales conversations and explaining coverage options clearly
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to daily activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, business development, or marketing preferred.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
Compensation $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
